All course lessons must be completed within 180 days (6 months) from the date of enrollment, or 9/30/2022, whichever is earlier. Course access will expire at midnight on the 180th day after enrollment or 9/30/2022, whichever is earlier.

If you are unable to complete your course within the initial 180 days then, if eligible[1], you may request a maximum of three 60-day extensions thereafter, each extension at a cost of $50. Students must contact Mbition within 30 days of expiration to obtain an extension. Access to the course after 30 days from initial expiration requires re-enrollment. A discounted fee of 50% of the original purchase price will be charged. Course access will not be granted beyond 9/30/2022. All lessons and exams must be completed by 9/30/2022.

The maximum time to complete a course, including any eligible extensions and completion of the final exam, is 12 months (180 days + purchase of three 60-day extensions), or 9/30/2022. The 60-day extension period begins from the date your course originally expires. It is your responsibility to contact Mbition Learn Real Estate to request an extension. It is recommended you purchase the extension immediately after the course has expired in order to be able to have the full 60 days of the extension. Access to a course after the extension period(s) requires re-enrollment[2]. A discounted re-enrollment fee of 50% of the original purchase price will be charged.

If you are not eligible for an extension due to regulatory requirements, then you will be eligible to re-purchase the course with a discounted re-enrollment fee at 50% of the original purchase price. Course access will not be granted beyond 9/30/2022. All lessons and exams must be completed by 9/30/2022.

You must pass the course exam with a minimum score that is set by the Commission Rules in your state. All final exams are accessed via the LMS at the end of your course. Some states require that your exam be proctored which means you are required to complete the examinations in the presence of an appointed person. If required by the applicable regulatory body, then you will receive notification your exam must be proctored.

Should you fail the exam, please contact the school to request additional exam attempts. If required by the regulatory body, then you may be required to re-enroll and repeat the course from the beginning before taking the final exam again. A discounted re-enrollment fee of 50% of the original purchase price will be charged.

Mbition Learn Real Estate’s innovative approach is entirely user-driven as students progress through course materials.

Mbition Learn Real Estate’s learning management system (LMS) emphasizes contextually relevant lessons with frequent practice questions to help the student master the concepts.

Each module:

  1. begins by stating the learning objectives;
  2. provides frequent multiple-choice assessments to allow the student to demonstrate understanding of the material aligned to the stated learning objectives;
  3. offers remediation for any concepts not yet mastered; and
  4. continues remediation to support the student in demonstrating mastery of the instructional content for the module.

Students complete a module by taking a quiz or test to demonstrate mastery of the stated learning objectives.

Please refer to the directions on your course home page for specific instructions regarding the completion of your course. To receive your Completion Certificate, you must successfully:

  • Complete all instructional lessons in the course within the prescribed time for credit
  • Pass the final exam, if an exam is required
  • Complete the final affidavit at the end of the course; and
  • Complete the end-of–course survey

REPORTING: If your course completion is required to be reported to the state, then please allow 2-3 business days for the school to report your completion.

Mandatory Timing Device and Student Inactivity

Some jurisdictions require that a course timer be enabled in online courses. This timer, visible to the student, prevents click-through activity and requires the student to be in the course for the minimum time. Should the student remain inactive for longer than is reasonable without either advancing to the next screen and/or answering the questions which are posed periodically throughout the course, the timer will stop. This prevents students from logging time during an inactive period of the course.

Student Identity Verification (SIV)

In addition to utilizing a unique username and password to access student profiles and course materials, each student is required to complete an affidavit at the end of the course attesting to his/her identity.

As a way to provide assurance of student identity and that the student receiving credit was the student who performed all of the coursework required, Student Identity Verification (SIV) is implemented on courses where jurisdictions require it.
